How does your testing work?We run the testing on 12 separate Google accounts and devices. The devices are opted in for your app's testing program for at least 14 days. The testing involves interacting with your app in a human-like manner—pressing buttons, filling in inputs, etc.
What types of apps are eligible for testing?We provide testers for all apps submitted to the Google Play Console, as long as they are functional and ready in their initial version.
Do you have a refund policy?If you are not satisfied with our service, you can email your refund request to contact@12testersgoogleplay.com. We accept requests up to 5 days after purchase. It would be helpful if you also provide feedback on why you would like a refund, so we can improve the service for others in the future.
